Do you have a return policy?

Because of the nature of these items I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If the product arrives damaged or defective please contact hellosuwansupa@gmail.com within 2 weeks of receiving the item.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time I am only shipping within the United States. If you are interested in purchasing my art but live internationally please contact me at hellosuwansupa@gmail.com and we can work out specialized shipping.

What brand of spray paint do you use?

I use an assortment of high quality spray paints including (but not limited to) Montana Gold, Montana 94, and Molotow.

How long have you been stenciling?

While art has been a huge part of my life since birth I have been stenciling since 2006.

Do you accept commissions?

Why didn't I get your reply?

I work alone and I always try my best to read all the requests. If you don't get my response, it means I recognized that my style isn't a good match with your vision.

How long does a commission take?

This varies from project to project due to the size and complexity of the commission, but in most cases it will take 4-8 weeks to complete (not including shipping times).

Will you resell my commission?

All commissions will be available for resale upon completion unless previously discussed with the artist.

What if I am unsatisfied with my commission?

Due to the nature of these commissions and how much time and effort will be put in I can offer you a 50% refund. I should mention that this would be extremely rare as I send mock ups and wait for approval before moving onto the next step of the project.
